After having lived almost 15 years in China, I finally arrived in Auckland, New Zealand a few days before Christmas 2020 to reunite with my mate from whom I’d been separated for the past year due to Covid border closures. Having to first spend the holidays in mandatory Managed Isolation & Quarantine (MIQ) for 14 days, I brought my gear to assemble a little radio station in the hotel room that I’ve bound to, so that I could create, play and mix some sounds to pass the days. Free of China’s live-stream killing firewall, this archive is just under 7 hours (broken into 1-hour chunks) of my New Years LIVE-stream to celebrate the arrival of 2021 …alone in the room – but with any & all who decided to tune in! Thank you s&S Radio friends, for getting me through the darkest days of the past year. I’m out of here on January 5 and WE’RE hitting the road for a few days on our way south. Stay tuned! -RemOp (FC)

Hi Fausto,

Happy new year to you! So great to hear from you again. I missed your shows/programmes.

Best of luck for 2021 in New Zealand or where ever time will bring you on this planet. Wow, 15 years in China!

Well, may we all get our normal healthy life back soon. Such a drag.

Stay healthy and here is to many more great music and beautiful noises you will make into art again. You are the best. Thanks for your great work.

Man! Shit you are streaming is revelation to me! Yesterday was the day I discovered S&S. First time in my middle aged life I’m so moved by… internet radio station or being precise music or more precise sounds and music. Thanks!!!
