Make a difference in the life of an HIV+ mother

Zorem is a friend and victim of HIV in Ghulja in northern Xinjiang, PRC.
Having been left a widow (her husband previously died of AIDS) with two teenage boys, one of which is unfortunately also HIV+…she is without money, government assistance or means of generating any income to care for her family. She is without education but fortunately has 10 years experience in machine embroidering.

We would like to help Zorem help herself and her family.

With 700 yuan (= 102 USD  or  78 EU), she would be able to buy a simple machine with which to earn enough money with which to feed and care for herself and sons (~15 yuan per day).

Any amount of donation is greatly appreciated – $5, $10 – but if you donate 20 USD or more, you will receive something she has made as a token of her gratitude. If you have the chance to ever visit the beautiful, but complicated town of Ghulja (Yili), you can meet her and her boys.
