'Yeah - see ya Conrad!' the next door parrot made my life hell many times. This guy would generally cackle in the shrill parrot voice you'd expect from a bird like this - however -on rare occassions, he would channel the voice of his previous abusive rastafarian master and order those around to 'Shut da fuck up! with a deep voiced Jamaican accent. This is NOT a joke.
