I see this guy all the time in the street. In the warmer months, you can see that he's actually got 'kilos' of chains (Mr. T style) around his neck along with a metal canteen. with a plane ticket and little more, he'd fit right in at People's Park in Berkeley. Very unusual character in these parts.
