Sorry!, GRAPHIC picture. But it's what I see en route to class most days. There's what I call a Yak-Shack on the street just behind the back gate to where I take classes. The whole gruesome operation is conducted right there on the sidewalk. From yak walking off a truck to yak hanging in parts and sold in large cuts. most of the slaughtering i see around town are sheep and such, but the yaks, because of their size, seem to always attract at least a few spectators.
