LIVE: Canciones con HB y FC
Fancy-pants Heidi popped in to join me for a 3 hour, tag-team mix up.
Nice music, nicer noises and free formed layers – And what’s this? She even sang us a little song! Gotta love that gal. She was promoted from intern to elder in one fell swoop.

LIVE: Shirley & Spinoza
Oh what an embarrasment this was. Somehow, the internal mic on my up-streaming laptop was selected as the audio input instead the line-input carrying my stereo mix. I was wondering why every listener dropped away – one by one. Then the phone call came from across the bay: “Dude! what are you doing? All I’ve heard is you squeaking around in your chair!!”. I played the recording of the show an hour after the fact.

LIVE: Shirley & Spinoza
Not so golden moments – just so you know it’s LIVE. I made an attempt to include #2 from across the bay via iChat audio – though he neglected to tell me he didn’t have a mic and could only play one sound file for some reason and perhaps couldn’t even hear me. Okay, it was rough, but after a long, almost 2 year hiatus – the LIVE Sunday shows were kicked off with a small sputtering “pizz-pop”. Ironically, this was the only and last time ole #2 would ‘appear’ (by way of that iChat music) on one of these 3rd era (2005-2006) shows. When the signal fades, change the station, right?

LIVE: Shirley & Spinoza – Deep Freeze part 1
one of the last two LIVE regular webcasts before we took a hiatus until ’05.
The cryogenic deep freeze / radio-shadow (by way of other land masses, projects) show that would bring a pause to new shows for while.
This spinoz-o-spheric mixup was in lieu of a scheduled guest performer who bailed at the last minute.
Good riddence as i think this night was much more fruitful as a result.
Lunar soundscraping was brought to you by ole s&S instead with gusto and in time for your Sunday evening zero-G tea break..
Here we heard much of and from the red planet, apollo, and Richard Burton at his most apocalyptic
Featuring elements from: war of the martian-apollo wolf seed experiment.
THEN, the age of the SECOND RADIO SHADOW
….came and went….
running time: 1 hour 13 mins
